El Vallarta opened in Poland on March 31, 2014 and was an instant hit with the local community due to our fun atmosphere and great authentic Mexican cuisine. The family behind El Vallarta opened their first restaurant in Des Moines, Iowa in 2003. In 2006, they moved to the Cleveland area and opened a restaurant in Strongsville. The Business is built on the family’s passion to interact with and get to know the customers that come into El Vallarta, while providing excellent food, freshly made in-house.
